I am excited to reveal I am in January's Chatelaine magazine issue (out in newsstands) and in their on-line video: Exclusive survey! This is 40(ish) featuring 40 Canadian women on what we're doing differently in our 40's- from what we really think about love, sex, work, guilt, money and ambition! (I am briefly in the first minute in second video on Home & Relationships). For me, it's all about giving back to the community and our future generation-- through my real food advocacy efforts as a voluntary Food Revolution Ambassador, and personal and work projects to promote food education, cooking fresh from scratch and healthy eating especially with kids.

It is also thrilling to be in the same issue as my favourite role model Food Revolution father Jamie Oliver, having popped by the Chatelaine Kitchens to talk about his new cookbook Everyday Super Food.
