Happy National Pie Day....

Happy National Pie Day with savoury classic Quebec favourite tourtière (meat pie). Usually made with ground pork I made mine with ground beef-- hearty beefy flavour with hints of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg to warm up the minced meat and potatoes, and with tips for a flaky homemade crust who needs frozen Tenderflake?
