Susan Ng: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; I am a Chef and Mom to three teenage boys. As a Culinary Consultant and Food Educator, my passion is to bring people together by exchanging food stories and learning about multiculturalism by cooking different cuisines. I have been a Food Professional for 25 years, from catering, to product and recipe development, to writing for food magazines and two cookbooks and for the last seven years, cooking with kids of all ages as a Culinary Instructor with TDSB Newcomer Services focusing on healthy eating, multiculturalism and curbing food waste.
